Nanaimo Pick Up App
Love that it takes the guesswork out of schedule. The app on my phone means I don't need to remember to check the fridge - my phone automatically reminds me. The 'what goes where' section is a brilliant addition. Thanks for the awesome customer service!
Snow issues
Felt that you were quiet informative on the pick up schedule during the bad snow time, especially since I was gone from the province and didn’t get back until the 28th of December. It was explained on Nanaimo city web sites what the changes were to be during this time , as it should be because customers, if they had taken a moment to look and listen to the real information from the city would not have left their have garbage and green bins out for over a week….. good thing that wasn’t Summertime. Good job city during this time. Missscrewup
