They eased all my nerves of having a new puppy, and treated him like family. Totally worth it to go here, and the app already had my appointments loaded up. Awesome :)

The whole process of accessing the app and downloading the app is foreign to any user of Apple products and the App Store. Once you get to the App Store and download it, you have to create a course an account. The app does not retain your account information. Does not store your password in your Apple saved, passwords and it does not offer you the option to use face ID. This becomes problematic for those of us who have become lazy and do rely on all of those things happening once we have created a password. So you may have forgotten your password immediately and have to hit the forgot my password link to get an email so that you can reset your password to something that you will try to remember long enough that you can check out whether or not that password was saved in your Apple passwords so you open the app you take a little look around you close the app and you try to immediately login with the password you just created a very simple easy to remember one. The app won’t let you in and says it’s an invalid password, so now you’re frustrated you immediately go to your passwords in settings to see whether or not that very simple password which was your second try got saved by Apple passwords and it did not so you’re pretty sure you remember what it was because it was very simple and you try it again and the app just keeps telling you time and time and time again that that’s an invalid password and all you can do is try to reset it. So all I can say is this is a terrible app and it is a total waste of time. I will never use it don’t even bother trying to improve it. I’ll just call the office and make an appointment. Thanks for nothing.
