I mean the app works as intended but since crypto went down last year they increased their fees, now crypto is back up again and fees are still the same. I mean 6 XRP to move your crypto is way too much. Same goes for all other coins. It costs almost nothing on blockchain.

Bad UI, crashes all the time, has difficulty connecting, freezes, restarts, gets stuck in loops. And that’s just the app. Customer service needs to be handheld and spoken to like five-year-olds, have bad attitudes—just generally not a company that inspires confidence (esp. when dealing with bearer assets like bitcoin…) Full disclosure, I work for a competitor, but have been using this service for their bitcoin rewards credit card for months/years. It’s OK—not great.

Within a few short decades, “hell on earth” will no longer be only a metaphor. If you’ve ever played with Monopoly money, and thought “I wish there always a digital version of this worthless currency,” then this app is for you!
