The inability to customize what an individual wants to see is a step backwards
Auto sound on ads so irritating
Ads ply sound when phone is on silent, so intrusive and annoying. Please fix this

So sorry to hear about your annoyance! When putting your phone on silent, you can also control media by utilizing the volume buttons on the side. Should this not help then please use the “Report a Bug” feature under “Profile” in the app or email us at news24app@24.com with more details, so that we can investigate further. Barely functional
It freezes, opens ads unprompted and sometimes is completely unresponsive. Awful app, for a company that specializes in technology this is an absolute joke of an app.
