Best option for Canadians
I have been using the app for 6 months now and I really like everything about it. Every transfer (CAD or Crypto) comes and goes fast and smoothly. Only ever experienced one hiccup on a night when too many people were flooding their service for the first time. It was quickly resolved and the customer service has been great. It’s also really encouraging to hear important messages from the CEO on the Reddit page
Interac Withdrawl is missing and 2FA Not Working
Very bad customer service. I am not able to access my account since 20 hours and no reply from customer service and they don’t have phone number. We need to raise a ticket.
The access code sent to my mobile number says invalid.
How the hell should I access my account.

Still no reply from customer service. I got access to my account and sold everything because of my fear with this newton. I made a interac withdrawal which says 5-30 minutes. It’s been more than 24 hours I didn’t receive my interac amount 10k.
Again logged out from my account and the phone pass code 2FA is not working. Again I raised a ticket from customer service and no response.
Even an order of a 15$ food or 10$ online shopping also has a better customer service. Why this newton doesn’t have a proper customer service. How can I trust this newton with my money of 1000’s of dollars.
This is completely a trust issue for the customer on the product. I was holding my life savings in this crypto account. Just imagine how much stress I have gone through past 3-4days because of this newton. Seriously guys avoid this Newton.

Still I didn’t receive the interac withdrawal money. I don’t know what’s going on and the transaction itself is missing from my account history now. It’s not a small amount it’s 10k missing. And I need to have patience for their reply. No time line for settlement mentioned in the previous reply. Just said in contact with the payment processor.
I should have done a regular bank withdrawal.
I will update once again after any progress.

Finally Eunice from the support Team has helped me recover my money. I really appreciate his service. But I am really mad at the Newton. It was very stressful experience.
If the customer service gets better then I will trust this app. If not bye bye Newton
