Can't use app

I'm in foreign country right now and i just change my device and now I don't even use my mobile banking . My ntc number is not working here and I can't do anything and even I emailed about this problem and they don't even response . Such a shame ..

Login not working, very slow server, no customer service but chat with the Bot..

Your app sucks and your sever is very slow and can’t be able to login on April 18, 2020 , I’ll switch my bank with another one. There’s no customer service online 24/7 but you can chat with Bot, “really”. There’s no options for forgot my password or transaction PIN sucks!!! I hope you guys fix it soon, so I can give you five stars, your a bank do be cheap, learn from the others bank!!!
