I’m not interested in any of the ads. I’m honestly tired of getting notifications all day long we can’t tweak it to want we want have to go through this torture everyday. Developer needs to give us option to only receive gate notifications and that’s it

My society switched from the myGate app to the NoBrokerhood app for visitor management. Unfortunately, the new app doesn't offer the necessary features for flat owners and frequently displays the error message "you do not have sufficient access for this flat," even for owners. The contact support option within the app is non-functional, and there are no alternative methods to reach customer support. I've never encountered such poor service for such a critical application. Improve app features and fix bugs.

1 this app doesn’t gives you love location options so you can choose you location correctly.
2 I am registered somewhere else rather my own address.
3 getting call for parcels and guests which are not my parcels not my guests anyway what to do I am approving them. ( Do you think it’s safe)? Not safe at all.
4 personal space and privacy issues every member of the household get notified when someone visiting. What when you don’t wants to tell anyone? Maybe they don’t like your guest and that’s why when they are not home you want invite your mom when your mother-in-law not like them but you will announce to everyone. It’s privacy issues maybe many young people also hating this system.
Now you must understand it’s not an intelligent idea. I have never seen that kind of breach in privacy kind of app I have traveled 18 countries. I don’t understand from where the idea came and how it get approved.
5 it can be a helpful application with so many other features in it. But only if the live location on and this message service on every arrival stop.
6 You must be aware about the network issues all over India most pathetic in Delhi.
Example you are getting a call from app to approve the parcels but you’re not in network HMM DONT YOU THINK ABOUT IT?
