Hassle
This desktop version needs lots of improvements.
I am constantly needing to change my password because I can't log in.
I always end up using my phone app, which is supposed to be synced to the desktop version.
It's such a hassle to use, which is a shame, as I use it all the time on my phone reliably. Would love to be able to rely on this desktop version but I can't seeing as I can never log in!

This application is forcing me to instal the Norton Password Manager. I have a password manager which works fine. I do not need or want Norton’s. Why are you forcing me to use yours in order to use your other services? You are forcing me to switch to another security service forthwith.
I also do not like NORTON and the POOR Service
Many years ago, Norton was an application I liked, but then we did not need as much security; but now, I was hoping Norton will be useful for security, but it actually is bothering my normal use and slows my productivity, plus the HELP/SERVICE is so bad, and the agents are simply stupid on the CHAT system, and in fact do me more damage - so it looks like I shall look for AVG next time.
