Awesome service and thx again for finding me best match
Bad management and of no use
My matchmaker was on leave and I got no proper support. I was promised 3 profiles a week and when a technical issue occurred they did not sent me any profiles during that period. Also I felt that it is false promises made by them. Every week they said that your profile was liked by brides, when a follow up is taken no answers are ever received. It has been almost 5 months now and not a single girl accepted my profile, how strange and fishy it seems.
Professional
They are very nice and professional. Mani Shergill is a very good matchmaker. He is soft spoken and understanding.
