I wanted to submit an updated review because the issue I had before was actually just UI/UX issues. I hadn’t realized at the time that the only way to leave a shop screen was to go back to the livestream/video portion. The X only exists in that window. There might be more intuitive ways to streamline that interaction.

Feels like a scam
Bought a hoodie in November, everytime I check the order it just says order confirmed and that I’ll be updated when it ships. Still hasn’t happened and then I received no response after submitting a customer service ticket on their app. Literally just tryna get the hoodie I ordered but I doubt it will ever come. Be wary.
