Essential app of 2023

I work here and can tell you this app is incredibly useful. Nucleus is the centre of business communications.

Great service but can’t find any support

First of all the app is functioning well overall. I was able to get a local area code number which has turned out to be a challenge with other low cost VOIP solutions. I was trying to set my direct number for caller ID instead of the company mainline and couldn’t figure out how to do it. I’m getting a high quality VOIP free so I’m not expecting much support. But I can’t find any support at all. No contact email, documentation, community, nothing. This makes me extremely uncomfortable to use the number for my business.
