Constantly Crashing
Sure does crash and need to be re installed a lot to have this thing work. Other than the constant crashing and inability to use this app its great
Technical issues
This app is probably made for a different work procedure but it is definitely not for us, regardless this app has issues closing tickets and is not user friendly at all. There is so much you can do to simplify the user experience. I don’t like this app. Period!
Horrible app
Never works properly. Always updating and crashing. Have to constantly delete and reinstall.
