Description
OEBAC Mobile app allows union members to review their pension information and submit their benefit claims from the convenience of their mobile device. Submitting a claim will be adjudicated in real-time giving the plan member instant notification of their claim status. Claims history, plan and member information can be reviewed and updated in real-time.

First glance
Just getting started on our New OEBAC app it’s looking pretty amazing. Even all my pension information is on there. And it’s seems very easy to use and keeps a running total of everything. Very impressed great job everyone.
Review
Overall very good benefit plan and helpful staff when I call regarding any issues with claims etc. should consider the idea of family spending as for instance some people may never use speech therapy benefits where as another family member with special needs may need extensive therapy in that area but it’s capped per year. I did politely bring this up with a staff member and he said he’d pass the info along. For drug and dental I do find it great but as a special needs parent I don’t like that about the supplementary healthcare benefits. I have 2 children who will likely not need them but one who needs extensive therapy and benefits barely help with the cost.
