I just want to take a moment to thank the tiny maintenance cats for not complaining about the face that I can’t afford a 100 gem picture frame. 10/10 game.

Horrific end game and way too many ads

Played this on my partner’s account and reached the futuristic area building after about a month playing. Terribly disappointed!! Your office gets downgraded from the high tech area of having your own spacious office with its own seating area and balcony access to… I KID YOU NOT: getting shoved into this tiny little office in the middle of the floor with zero windows. Somehow, the maintenance office crew’s office is way bigger and with windows. Even the ELECTRICITY ROOM is bigger than your personal office and has windows. Your office is not even on the top floor. What was the point??

Game is also incredibly slow once you get to end game and lags like crazy. Before crashing and losing progress.

If you love watching ads, this game is for you! You spend more time watching ads than the game itself. Some ads are 60 seconds long + 30 second cooldown + however long it takes you to finally find and hit the tiny X button to close the ad.

With the new update, there are also ads on the loading screens that force you to do an extra tap to close them. EVERY loading screen.

When you have at least three daily rewards granted for watching ads, that is a serious problem.

The types of ads themselves are problematic too showing other incredibly misleading games (the horrible ones with the freezing mother cutting a potato on a rock with her girl) that are also full of ads.

If the ads aren’t long, they crash and you have to watch the ad all over again to get your reward.

Not sure how I managed to get to end game (lots of multitasking while ads played and a little strategy) but I’m glad I didn’t buy the ad removal option despite being tempted earlier on. Lost interest now as there’s not much to do once you’ve ranked #1 in the Rich Cat Index and bought the top AI Cat car. And for the price of $52 CAD “on sale for $26!”, I could just go buy a AAA (not a “Treepll-A”) on sale instead.

Mobile conversations are lacking with no new updates by mid-game.

One star granted just because it was cute for a bit and you’re nice to your “mom” in the game but really, it’s the lowest score I could give. Enjoy the ad revenue you got from me, devs.

TL;DR: Don’t bother with this game. An absolute cash grab. It is nothing like its ads. Do not let the previews in the App Store fool you. End game is disappointing and anticlimactic.

$26.00CAD - to remove ads at half price.
$52.00CAD - to remove ads at full price.

$3.00CAD/per day - to fertilize your plants.

Ads are a full 30 seconds and are required to progress faster than an infant learns math. On top of that, all the ads are for fake games so they’re not even worth checking out.

I’ll play this until the paywall becomes too large and then I’ll walk away just like every other mobile game developed in the last 10 years.

You’ve made a super fun, super cute game, and then sucked all the fun out of it with high prices and paywalls. Good thing they’re business cats. Maybe they’ll have a future in yarn sales when this game dies.
