Needs Google Play/YouTube to be useful
Those of us who use YouTube music or Google Play are left out as far as Legrand is concerned. I don’t need another subscription, I need to be able to use the subscription I have already with the hardware I have. These aren’t obscure music sources - they are amongst the most popular!
Great when it works
The concept of this app and using my phone as my remote is great. Problem is it rarely works. I seem to have to reset it all the time. Even then it doesn’t connect or doesn’t play what I want it to play. Disappointed overall.
Most Unreliable Program
Very disappointed in this app. We had the old Legrand system in our old house. It was fantastic. We moved and I wanted the same in my new home. Only the On-Que system is available. We had someone they recommended to install system. He came late on a Friday night and just got one zone working. We have since had our IT guy here several times trying to get this system to work properly. The App doesn't always open on our devices (at least multiple times daily). We have to turn off our wifi then turn back on and then it usually connects. Sometimes this doesn't work either and we have to shut down the entire system. And then on a few occasions nothing seems to work to connect to the system so we just have to wait and try the next day. So unreliable. Would never get this system again. Especially when there is no product support and it takes a professional to try all the companies recommendations.
