1 OnStar Business Solutions: OnStar is not available on Low Cab Forward trucks and GM vehicles built without OnStar hardware, which includes, but is not limited to, select base Chevrolet and GMC trucks. Select models require the purchase of additional factory installed OnStar hardware (option UE1). Option UE1 must be selected before the vehicle is built. Requires a working vehicle electrical system (including battery), active service plan, cell reception and GPS satellite signal. Services, connectivity and capabilities vary by model and/or vehicle configuration, and conditions as well as geographical and technical restrictions, and are subject to user terms and limitations.
