Out dated & Unreliable
As an app used by paramedics to assist in time sensitive emergencies, it’s frustrating that the companion document is not the most recent version (current 5.1), and that the app repeatedly crashes while viewing the medical directives.
Dated Interface
Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes to download latest images for offline viewing every time you open the app. When handling time sensitive issues, don’t reach for the app. Even if it’s seemingly fine, it’ll crash unexpectedly. Was, and is still currently, a very unreliable, inconsistent tool.
