We'll help you learn self-defense techniques so that if you ever need to defend yourself, you'll know exactly how to do it.

Plus, we have a large variety of meditations, affirmations, and visualizations to achieve true inner peace to help unlock your inner Oomph!!

We make at-home fitness super effective with our easy-to-follow workouts and motivational coaches who are always there when you need them. And everything is customized to fit your needs so that you can choose the duration and intensity of every single workout.

Enable Apple Health with your Apple Watch to keep track of all of your activity, workouts, calories burned, and more!

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS

Oomph is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from the purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month, or every few months, depending on the selected monthly option.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscriptions can be managed, and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Read our full Terms and conditions & Privacy Policy:

I love this App

I am someone who starts workouts, gets bored and stops. I have not done this with this app so far. I really enjoy that every workout is different, yes moves come back, however it has such a large variety it does not get boring! I hate going to the gym, and this has allowed me to workout from home and stay active! It allows you to choose your time, I started small and worked my way up! The only downfall I can really think of is I have to watch the movements from my phone which is small, I’d like to broadcast it onto my tv and it doesn’t let me. Thinking I may get an Apple TV to do this, hopefully that will work🙂! Really recommend this app to everyone, especially those who have a hard time sticking to things, you’ll stick with this!

Glad I made the leap

I’ve been on the fence about signing on a fitness app because I was afraid the workouts would be boring or way too challenging for me to keep up with. I love that the app allowed me to only choose how long of a workout I wanted to do. Min 15mins which I think is pretty minimal to get a good workout in. I also loved that every single minute of those first 15-20 mins had a different workout so it didn’t repeat itself. For someone that got bored easily it kept me entertained and I was slowly able to work my way up to a longer workout.
