Used to be good
Compared to the their old Adesa Marketplace and TradeRev app this new app sucks. Glitchy when bidding cars, hard to see daily auction inventory properly, Dealerblock is now a waste of time as they remove a bunch of search options, the notification don’t work properly anymore & neither do the filter in both the app and web browser version. I expect better from this company but I guess when you have a monopoly in Canada for wholesale vehicle auctions you can put out garbage like this & all your members have no other real choice. Also charging $149 per month for market guide is ridiculous. There was a lot of reasons the old TradeRev app used to be so good and one of them was the free market guide. The cherry on top is the terrible customer service when calling in to support. YOU CAN DO BETTER OPENLANE.

Terrible
$149 just to see how much a car sold for which costs them absolutely nothing zero zip nada to display that data, money grab and a half, storing vehicle sell prices in a database costs exactly how many penny’s a month? Ridiculous give your heads a good shake. Not to mention if you don’t have your vehicle picked up in 4 days you lose every right to arbitrate unless you use their transport service which costs about 400% more and takes 800% longer to receive your vehicle. Absolute joke of a monopoly.
