Do NOT use Opodo
I was trying to get home for my Mother’s funeral and was attempting to book via Opodo. The site said my credit card couldn’t be charged due to a problem with the card (which is not Opodo’s fault) so I paid with PayPal instead. But then I looked at my online banking and I saw the had taken nearly $50 of my money from my credit card in addition to the full amount for the flight on PayPal. I contacted customer service and now I have to go through a long process to claim back the money stole from me. I suspect they do this hoping people won’t notice or won’t be able to take the time to go through the long refund process. Theft in other words.

Was charged for a prime membership and didn’t apply for one.
Trying to cancel a charge on my credit card. I did not apply for a prime membership and trying to get in touch with someone to cancel is difficult. I bought a short flight from them and then a month later was charged a membership fee I did not agree to.
