Lots of activities for kids. My son love dinosaurs. For some reason sound doesn’t work on my apple phone, not sure why, volume is on max and still no sound. No problem with tablet

From the top right corner of the device swipe down to access Control Center and ensure to disable the Do Not Disturb mode (Crescent moon icon) and Silent mode (Bell icon). Does not work.
The sound does not work, despite multiple attempts to delete and download the app over and over again. It worked the very first time we used it, and now just continually disappoints my children. Very frustrating and I wish we had never purchased the globe.

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work with iOS 15.4.1 on iPhone 13. Ive installed and reinstalled and the app doesn’t load past asking to find the brachiosaurus. It freezes up every time.
