Shift your state.

Exceptional. The IRL bathhouse that Other-ship has is transformational. So is the breath-work app. I have been using this for a few weeks and I have achieved some leap experiences. One time in particular I down regulated my system when I was experiencing some uncomfortable energy and it was literally manic. I can not recommend this app enough.
