PAI (Personalized Activity Intelligence) helps you understand the health impact of everything you do on your heart and provides you with a personalized goal, designed to improve your heart health.

The app translates heart rate and personal profile data (taken from Fitbit, Apple Watch, Amazfit/Zepp, and Polar devices) and translates it into a simple score that tells you if you are active enough and provides a weekly goal.

The Personal Activity Intelligence algorithm was developed by the Nobel Prize-winning Faculty of Medicine at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and scientifically validated using data collected from the HUNT Study, which followed 45,000 people over 25 years. Research studies showed that those who maintained 100 PAI or more over time reduced the risk of cardiovascular disease mortality by an average of 25% and extended their lifespans by an average of 5 years.

It’s never too late to start! PAI will give you a personalized plan to get you on the path to improving your heart health - tracking your progress as you go. Start with a goal of 30 PAI and move up to 100 PAI which is the ideal goal to achieve and maintain the best cardiovascular health.

PAI takes your profile and combines it with data from your wearable device and calculates your Fitness Age. This is a quick and easy way to understand if your heart health is better or worse than it should be for someone of your age.
