Following the developers response for the shared folders, I have to give 5 stars. It is the app we all need. The end.
Features are great, bug free, it really shows that this is a quality product and it very cheap for the subscription.
Keep this high quality/price ratio and you’ve got yourself a really big winner!

Paperpile for the Web supports shared folders. However, we have some major improvements planned for sharing. So we decided to leave out shared folders of the iOS app for now. We hope to bring sharing to the mobile apps together with all the planned new sharing features.
