1.Customer registers their vehicle (car make, model, licence plate)

3.Valet Service agent will drive the customer to the airport and assist with their luggage, customer continues to Airport Check-In
4.Customers’ car gets driven back to the lot by the Park for U Valet service agent
5.Park for U will monitor flight arrival times
6.Valet service agent will drive the customers’ car to the proper terminal

Simple setup room for improvements...
I like that there was discount offers and you can pay ahead to ensure you have a place to park. Last time i had to find an alternative parking lot at the eleventh hour and the price was double! But the parking lot details are not readily available.
I punch in the address on wazes and it gives me the closet parking lot??!
I download the ParkForU app to manage my reservation and confirm location of the parking lot I am reserved in! The app only tells you the departure time or allows for you to NEW BOOKING!
I want ever detail about my current one! I want to see the parking where I am at! I want to see a list of parking lots that ParkForU has. If that it too much for the app. Add a link to website or google apps. Something.
Make it client friendly. Parking while I travel for work or leisure should be easy! Managing my reservation should be easy! Clarifying details for my reservation should be easy!
Damaged Car lost floor mats
Worst experience ever still waiting to be paid DO NOT leave your car here. My car was badly damaged I asked for detailing which was just a poor wash job my truck came back with wrong floor mats and front end smashed. They denied damaging but than admitted to it.minip
Big let down in every way
I had high hopes however this service missed the mark in every way. You will be disappointed.
- booked online - could not find my reservation
- not prepared for pickup and drop off service that i paid extra for
- staff were not identifiable - I had no idea who I was leaving my car with - no name - nametag or identifier of the company that they worked for. As a woman this is a big safety issue, letting a complete stranger into my car.
- paid for a car wash - not done
- not convenient in any way - insisted that I meet him at post 38 when I need to be at post 1 for my flight
- I had to wait over 30 min for someone to meet me at the airport to pick up the car, waited 90 min for drop off of the car when I returned - mid afternoon both times - not during peak times.
- horrible phone service - when calling I was put on hold every time by someone that was inaudible - sounded like I had been disconnected each time - I had to call back multiple times.
- called to speak to a manager - no return call.
- it’s too bad because the business model is good but these people haven’t got a clue about customer service.
