Paul Arabia 4+

I was impressed by the supervisor and staff of Paul in the mall of the emirates for their customer service to insure complete satisfaction of their customers beyond the usual service to ensure that their customers experience is very satisfactory

The app is good and it allows us to share what we experienced during visiting Paul’s restaurants. Yesterday we went for late lunch in point90 restaurant we have three incidents happened with us :

First :we ordered chicken tagliatelle pasta , it came very dry we complained so they returned the dish stayed till fixing the dish or redoing another plate till my partner finished her dish and finally the dish arrived to eat after alone.

Second : Then we ordered pecan millefeuille with the coffee and tea , the pecan millefeuille we started eating it to find it having a bitter taste , recognizable burnt millefeuille which made it’s taste bitter . Actually we couldn’t imagine how they dare processing the dessert when it is by accident burnt from them and offering it to their clients.

Third :Finally the tea , as we ordered it with milk apart , yes it came with the milk but the kettle was filled with hot water with green mint !! .

We told our three complaints to the waiter he said I will send you the manger and we told the manager and he said we are sorry. He said do u want another piece of dessert we told him no and we left.
Sorrowfully we can find that this is not the product nor the service that we used to get from Paul.
