The app has a few bugs and quirks that sometimes make it frustrating to use. It’s a real shame that one is forced to use the Pearson app to read their textbooks versus using a more standard PDF reader. Pearson, I would suggest that, if you don’t want people to find alternate means of obtaining textbooks, perhaps you should offer a first-class reader environment.

I’ve seen review and response here from users and developers, they always apologize and promise to improve.
However, they’ve noticed problems like this since LAST YEAR, and I still experiencing this problem today.
I use this system because my school’s class instruction, if I have my own choice, never use this again!

It’s very hard to search information from the book or the notes. When I try to search it always tells me to try another term. Never succeeded in searching any information that I need.
