Journalling on the Go
So far, I am loving this app. I don’t carry my journal book with me and this makes it easy to journal anywhere and at anytime. I bought the Pro version. I am disappointed that I can’t increase the font size but I love that I can add photos.
Zero for stars - unacceptable!!!
I had the free version of Penzu for quite some time, journaled and one day I tried the pro and upgraded. I didn’t feel the pro was any better so I cancelled the subscription and now, I can’t even log into my original account without signing in with a pro account and when I signed up again unwillingly for a pro, doesn’t let me log in. I tried to look for customer support, only accessible to pro users. THIS IS CRAZY AND UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PROCESS.
Friendly note
i love penzu so so much, there’s just two important issues that i’m worried about. One, dictation doesn’t work (the app keeps crashing) (would save me valuable time if i don’t have to type in my entries). Second, It says my changes are not syncing, i don’t want to lose my entries so hope you manage to fix this issue soon!
