the best AI app

This is rthe best app by far. it's intuitive and responsive. it makes me better and smarter every day.

Really bad (Coming from a Perplexity evangelist)

I love Perplexity, I’ve introduced a bunch of people to the platform. I am a heavy user of the iOS and web applications.

The Mac app is bad, like really bad.

The entire experience outside of voice and window capabilities are half baked compared to the Perplexity web experience.

Basic input bugs make it difficult to prompt or ask questions longer than a sentence or two. You can’t edit or attach files/images to spaces.

Forget copy and pasting text into the app, it will automatically send an empty query and continuously waste your precious time.

Even small details – I’m not sure if they’re trying to be intuitive here, but the new query button literally reads “Ne... ⌥ ⌘ S p a c e” 🤨

Sorry Perplexity team, I’ll happily change this review once you fix the application. But as a paying pro user I expected more than this junk. Amateur hour.

I love how easy it is to use, the clean interface, and how it always finds the info I need. Highly recommended for anyone who values clear, reliable AI support!
