Best app for self-reflection

Perspective is a beautifully designed app, great for reflecting on events in your life, noticing growth, deepening memories, and processing difficulties. Everyone should use this. Highly recommended.

Amazing

As someone who struggles with ADHD and bad mental health, this app is very very helpful with remembering things keeping organized and not letting my life become a blur. Thank you so much for this honestly . I love how they don’t push u to buy a subscription and u can still use without paying! But I will definitely be looking into paying because the features on this app are just too good!
