Works well

It downloaded easily. Setting up my account was quick. I was able to book an appointment with no problem.

I’m having trouble putting in my pets pictures

Cannot Sign in

Downloaded this app the first time and it worked once but unable today sign in again. Waited many months hoping this issue had been fixed but it still won’t work. If others have had the same problem why is this app still unusable? Would really appreciate an update or something to fix this.
