Efficient
I just started using the Fetch App to manage my account with them. I like how fast and efficient the app works so far.
Do not hold up to the name
The brand has swapped hands a few times, but they did not accept a procedure for my dog to undergo dental surgery for a conditioned that was diagnosed after the policy. They will say that I did not have all the info or that I didn’t submit records but I did all that and still nothing. I even called in and talked to 2 lady’s on 2 separate accounts and they said it will all get sorted out, then I get an email a few weeks later saying that my claim has been cancelled due to no activity. My advice is save your money in a separate account to pay your own bills. When my dog turned 6 they increased his policy from $70 to $190 I wish I just started my own account.
Cannot Submit Claim
All I get is a blank screen when I try to upload an invoice and can’t move forward with the claim. App is full updated too. Frustrating
