Fun after you learn what to do
This app has good possibilities but I had to read the directions. I was trying it out on my phone but I’ll use my iPad next time to have more space to pinch or expand each element.
Very Versatile
I am attempting to create a collage of photos as background around a framed card. After much experimenting I found a solution using PhotoTangler that is unavailable using other collage makers of which I have many.
