Pic-Time 4+

I’m logging as with my admin account, I’m a new (potential pic time user) on a free trial.

I liked that the 400+ picture galaxy opened up instantly, they must be loading pre generated thumbnails which is really nice.

im able to clearly see the download album button, when clicked it asked me to download the “web-size” photos or the full res photos, that’s nice.

What’s unclear is if I can send a link to client to download this app to view their pictures without a user name/password.
I run a photobooth business and I just want to send the album.

What’s a little disappointing is I’m not able to do any admin task from the app, it looks like it’s just a viewer.

Also, it’s unclear if the app has been optimized for iPhoneX (and newer) phones, the bottom of the app has a glitchy white bar that seems out of place.

This app has caused nothing but problems and now it doesn’t even work to download the photos from which is the main reason I use it as a photographer. It’s on the lowest rung of priorities for the developers who just want to focus on new promotions instead. I don’t understand. I am giving it a one star but I’d rather give it zero.

I’ve been working with Pic time for a while now and it’s shocking that there’s been no attempt to fix or improve this mobile app. Nearly every time you click on the app to enter your galleries, you get a blank white screen that goes no where. Go for the update and the exact same thing happens. The only way it works is if you delete it, download it again, sign in and then you can see the galleries. Seriously, it’s small fortune to use this platform. Please do something about your mobile app.
