Description
Manage every order of your store only in the Pikapoint Staff Application.
The Pikapoint Staff allows restaurants, groceries, flower shops, and other services to manage their orders in one system, including delivery, pick-up, and dine-in orders. The application will control the ordering process from receiving orders to delivering products.
Real-time notification: the application can run on multiple devices simultaneously, not duplicating orders or actions. Any information is fast to show up and respond inside the application.
Managing orders: when receiving notifications, it is easy to confirm, move to process, move to delivery, or cancel the orders.
Controlling stores: the application allows owners, managers, or employees to manage the stores. Some unique functions are changing operating hours, pausing the online ordering, changing availability of items, switching delivery options, and sending notifications to others.
Easy to use: the application is straightforward and has a simple UI/UX design. It can run on different tablets with the same functionality and real-time notifications.
