Amazing game but need quality of life changes
It’s frustrating tapping the arrow so many times to find a available truck, or go into the idle truck screen after you send cargo.
F you spam
Everytime I open the app I get spammed to watch ads, buy something, turn on notifications. The game progression is slow af and has lost its magic for me. What a waste because the game looks awesome. Such a failure.
Great Concept, but the Refresh update has made it literally unplayable
I’ve officially made it past level 100, yet thanks to recent updates the game is kind of unplayable. None of my cities properly refresh jobs as the new update claims to have “fixed” job refreshes, is not really true, it’s breaking the game. While it is nice to refresh a city without losing everything you put on a truck, that was only an issue if you had 1 truck at a city. Now refreshing will only refresh whatever is not loaded, it no longer adds jobs like it used to, that means trying to fill multiple trucks at a city is impossible as it counts everything on the truck as if it’s at the city, so if you pick up everything out of a city then refresh to try and refill it, it won’t. It’ll take your bucks and reset the timer, but the “number of jobs” at a city includes everything you have loaded at that city and it’s even counting layovers which do not change, making refreshing useless. If you fill a city with layovers and refresh, it’ll delete whatever was a job at the city, take the bux, reset the timer, and just display the layovers. I’ve also heard others say the cities never restock after loading a truck and leaving, meaning it’s only a matter of time before all jobs are gone indefinitely.
Before the refresh update, it would only take a couple bux to fill a couple trucks if you refreshed using a single cargo truck to fill your big ones. Since the update I’ve wasted 500 bux filling trucks because the city has 3 big trucks and refreshing only refreshed 1 job. Since there’s only a few major cities that are worth stopping at, and it takes so long to get new cities compared to new trucks, it makes this situation unavoidable. If you don’t experience these game breaking glitches, I think the game is actually quite good, it’s just unfortunate that they’ve broken it for now.
Until they properly fix the way refreshes work, I can’t recommend this game. It’s making the act of playing extremely tedious or even physically impossible for some. I love nimblebit, but this game has had a real rough start and I sincerely hope they continue to update the game to be, not just playable, but as good as I know it can be.
