You can choose from many type of sounds. For example you can choose mosquito sound and make pranks with annoying 'bzzzzz'.
The app Best Prank Sounds have a lot of noises:

How to make good pranks?
The great option is use timer included in the Prank Sound App. The steps you must make it is:
Extra Prank Master:
1. Choose crazy, funny sounds from the list.
2. Tap the screen and play sound, but remeber be unnoticed! Like a truly ninja of pranking.
Extra High Level Prank Master:
1. Choose crazy, funny sounds.
2. Set the timer for 10 second, 20 seconds or for longer.
3. Hide the phone near your friends.
4. Wait for reaction!
