Using the app:
It couldn’t be simpler, sign on the same way you do for your online banking account. If you are not already signed up for online banking, contact Member Service Centre at 1-888-440-4480 or visit your local branch.

Excellent bank app
I was a Coast Capital Savings customer for decades and their app was not very good. I had numerous issues with the app and the service from the bank. The Prospera Credit Union app is great and works without any issues and I recommend using it for your banking.

Not working
The new update is not working at all. It keeps saying my username is used already but all I’m trying to do is sign it. So I can’t get into my account. I’ve tried so many different things.
awful
terrible app, terrible bank. app is so difficult to use. it won’t even let me check my account balances without fully signing in and sending a verification code to my email, which half the time doesn’t even send. i’ve tried to turn on quick add but it never works and it just says “error”. i literally would just rather have my bank info stolen at this point because this amount of security is unnecessary and actively making the online banking process worse. app is laggy and god forbid you press the wrong button because then you have to log out and re do the enter signing in process. prospera i am confident that yall make enough money to code an app that actually works. to anyone reading this save yourself the pain and go use td or something
