Not working

The new update is not working at all. It keeps saying my username is used already but all I’m trying to do is sign it. So I can’t get into my account. I’ve tried so many different things.

I’ve been with Prospera since 2007, I had my mortgage with them. I always appreciated their personal and kind service, as a single woman, they encouraged me to be successful with my money, opening up a line of credit for my business, helping with my RRSP, my accounts too. When I moved from the White Rock branch to the Vernon branch, I’m still happy to remain with Prospera.

Response time is painfully slow

Since the app makeover, the response time is painfully slow. I push what I want to happen multiple times because I’m not sure if it worked the first time. Did it freeze? Then, because the response time is so slow, it remembers. So if I push on banking info 5 times, it catches up and responds 5 times. It’s frustrating. Also, on login it would be nice that once a password was entered that there was some type of indication that it was working. It looks like it’s frozen for 30 seconds then responds. Fire this new tech firm and hire ones that now how to make an app. My 11 yo nephew with coding experience could do a better job. But, don’t take my word for it. Read all the other complaints. It wasn’t broke before. Why fix it?
