Using the app:
It couldn’t be simpler, sign on the same way you do for your online banking account. If you are not already signed up for online banking, contact Member Service Centre at 1-888-440-4480 or visit your local branch.

Not working
The new update is not working at all. It keeps saying my username is used already but all I’m trying to do is sign it. So I can’t get into my account. I’ve tried so many different things.
Terrible
I have never had so many problems with an app. It is so very frustrating. I look at my account if I can even get signed in and it just keeps refreshing or glitching. Never had these problems with Westminster Savings. Will this app ever get fixed. So very very frustrating.
