As immigrants, we love our adopted country but long for cuisines from our motherland. Food is the strongest bond we have with our culture, and often are unable to easily access it. This struggle is something we are all too familiar with.

Bad delivery service
It takes too much time to deliver the food. Also the delivery fee is too high compared to other apps. Better you should use another app if you need food on time at a reasonable price.
Worst Food delivery app
It’s really hard to place an order and to add the payment method. They’re not linked with Apple pay which is the easiest method all other food delivery apps uses. They put several promotions but it’s more cheaper to buy from the store than buying through the app even if we choose pick up at the store.
Payment Fraud!
I’ve been using this app for over a year now and I was really happy with the service until my recent orders. As a Pumpkin Kart Pass holder, I “was” eligible for free delivery for orders within 25Kms. With this mentioned, during checkout and payment I was told my order was going to be delivered with delivery charges being canceled due to my subscription as the distance was well below 25Kms. To my shock while checking my statements an hour later, I noticed they changed the kilometers to 25.01 and charged delivery fees of $15.99. This is a serious violation as charging customers a higher amount later on is unethical and very very scary.
