Payment drop off and pick up very straightforward

Warning.

Showed up to the storage and nobody was there. Called and called with no answer. Qeepl customer service offered me a refund, however it also meant I had to spend $400 on checking my bag for a flight. I asked about compensation for this as there is “insurance” and the agent just stopped talking to me. As of now I’m out 400 - minus the storage fee and have no way of contacting anybody as the service chat has just stopped responding.

What a great idea - worked like a dam!

Looking for a place to securely store luggage for more than a day? I used this App in Puerto Vallarta and it worked perfectly. Online pymt and integration with storage agent. Will use again.
