App is fine

Nothing too great or too harsh to say about this app.

Bulletin Board is under-utilized by residents in my building.
Experiences are simply reccomended YouTube videos.

Personally though, if I could make a change it would be the ability to see a calendar of what, where, and when things are happening in the building. Something that either shows a calendar, or a plugin that directs residents a Google/Apple Calendar where posts regarding significant events or changes so it’s a lot easier to keep track of than a just a notification.

For example, since I’ve moved I’ve been taking advantage of the common areas built into our building where I can work, study, or chill; but I never know when these rooms are going to be booked until I ride up or down the elevator which is a little disappointing to see when I arrive. Being able to check when rooms are or aren’t available would be nice.

Missing history and accessibility

On the desktop you can view the maintenance history. This is important as you often want to see when you in a maintenance request that has not been responded to after months. The screen size is also very small so it is not an accessible option…even on iPad. Lastly the categories are so confusing…and adding a priority level makes no sense when things are not fixed for a year.
