Qustodio Premium family parental control & screen time app is available with an annual subscription. Your payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation and any unused portion of your free trial period will be ended. Your subscription will renew automatically and at the same cost unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. To avoid being billed for an additional period, subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and set auto-renewal to off by going to “Settings” on your iPhone or iPad.

Calls and texts only track when on the same network

Customer services was great and gave a refund once I realized the app would not work for me. Appreciated that!

I cancelled because texts and calls are only tracked while your child’s phone and the source pc are on the same wifi network. If your child deletes messages or call logs before getting home the app can not capture them. Even when on the same network if the text is deleted fast enough it does not capture.

I can’t add kids device

I have just subscribed to the service, the app doesn’t allow me to add a child device using the kids app. Very disappointed in this app and would like to cancel the subscription.

i want freedom

I WANT FREEDOM I WANT TO MOVE OUT ALREADY. i have to have this app till i move out too and im tired of it. i absolutely hate this makes me go crazy. whoever made this app is out of their minds
