Last minute stay in Trieste for the day

We stored our luggages in one of the Radical Storage Location when we decided to stay in Trieste for the day after getting off the cruise. The booking process was straight forward. The support agents were helpful when I realized that I have booked for the wrong date and need to make a change. However, the storage location was not what we expected. It took us sometime to find the place. The staff at the convenient store where the bags were stored was very kind and helpful. The location is convenient after all. It is in the bus station next to the train station.

Not secure and incorrect closing time

When we arrived with our luggages, we were shocked to find that they just keep your luggages in the store out in the open.. they should really at least keep them behind the counter or in a back room. Also, the storage app and the store’s Google said it closes at 9:30pm, however, when we arrived to pick up our luggage at 9:06pm, it was closed and locked. We were so distressed and thankfully there was a man closeby who had the key but at first he kept telling us that they close at 9pm and he couldn’t do anything for us.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Find something more secure and if you do happen to use this store, confirm with them their opening and closing hours.
