Used for luggage storage in Japan. Went without a hitch.
The storage location ended up being a small hotel that worked with Radical Storage. Made no difference to me though, even though I didn’t even speak Japanese. They scan a QR code given to you on the app. Also the address is only given after you pay which I feel is an unnecessary barrier. Otherwise the storage service was great. Smooth transaction as well.

The worst experience and customer service sucks.
Never told you the exact location before payment. It shows the location opens at 10am but it opens at 12 pm. Ask for customer service guy but he just said it’s not their fault and refused to refund or deal with it. Never use this app. It sucks.
