The whole process is complicated and not intuitive. The instructions are not clear and it took me 30 mins of trial and error as I could not understand what I was being asked to do. First finding the card number- it was not in the instructions second where to put the code
In this day and age there is no need for poor information
Great app
Had previous Railcard (paper version) and was able to renew online Railcard- Two Together. Was pleased historical data had been loaded, including email and pictures for the mobile app. Great feature to allow railcard on second phone. Great saving on ticket price. We worth it if using more than one train.
