Is there a way to have more than one dog on my yearly subscription plan? I have 3 dogs and would like to have a profile for each of my dogs

Thank you for your question and for using our service. Currently, our subscription plan is designed to support a single dog profile per account. We understand that many of our customers have multiple dogs and would benefit from the ability to manage more than one profile under a single subscription.

We are actively working on expanding our features to better accommodate families with multiple dogs. In the meantime, we suggest creating separate profiles for each dog by setting up individual accounts, which require separate subscriptions for each one.

Once you get the app you somehow automatically subscribe to the 3 months subscription that you dont see and would not be able to cancel. You will be charged additional $$$$

They have charged me for a 3 month service ($55) that I can’t seem to get out of. This is way too much money since I also bought the $80 book. The training book was really basic so it may be helpful for puppies but not for older dogs who need some behavioural work.

If you purchased the subscription through our website, you can easily cancel it by contacting our support team at hello@raising.dog. If you made the purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you will need to cancel it through your respective account. Please ensure you cancel at least 48 hours before the end of the current period to avoid automatic renewal.
