You'll end up malnourished if you follow this diet

I downloaded this app in hopes that it may educate and guide me on how to eat a complete and full vegan and raw diet. Boy was I disappointed. Having a fair amount of knowledge in raw and vegan diets due to severe food allergies , I was very let down by the repetitive and often vacant recipes lacking in any actual nutrition. There were no recipes that included spouted foods, fermented foods or how to actually make anybnut mylks. Living on avocados, peppers,romain lettuce and nuts will not keep one healthy for long. Why romain lettuce I will never know, as it it one of lettuces with little nutritional value. Why a diet heavy in nightshade plants to begin with? There is a beautiful world out there for vegan and raw diets and it won't be found in this app.

Cool set up but This app claims to have so many recipes but just repeats the same ones over and over. And the shopping list is irritating to scroll because it keeps checking stuff off. Disappointing .
