We heard you, and in this release, we’ve fixed the Touch ID/Face ID issues. We also enhanced overall security and made improvements to mobile cheque deposit.

Fix your app
Your app is broken. I cannot dismiss the new features. Why keep complicating your app. Sign out should be in every tab. Bring back sign in with Touch ID without having to select it every time. Who ever is in charge of making this app less and less user friendly with every update should be fired. I am tempted to switch banks over this app becoming more and more garbage.

L’application ne fonctionne plus depuis maintenant 8 jours. Impossible d’accéder à mon compte bancaire pour faire des virements interac. Vraiment déçu de l’application. Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoiles je le ferais. Je vais même changer de banque. En 2019 une application bancaire qui ne fonctionne pas pendant 8 jours c’est INACCEPTABLE!!
