Description

ReadiOne is a personal application designed for operators or workers to visualize their realtime and future fatigue levels (ReadiScores) and timing of greatest fatigue risk exposure, ensuring that users are fit for duty during the shift ahead. ReadiOne uses the SAFTE biomathematical model to analyze your sleep in order to quantify and predict the impact it will have on your performance for the day ahead. Sleep can come from wearable data (ReadiWatch, Gamin, or Fitbit) or can be estimated by the ReadiML sleep forecasting engine. Any disruption to your normal sleep, whether from sleep loss, jet lag or night duty, can significantly impact your ability to perform safely and effectively. Specifically, sleep impacts your cognitive performance, reaction time, and lapse likelihood (propensity for a micro sleep).

When you wake up, open the ReadiOne application and you'll receive a personal risk assessment ("ReadiScore") for each of the 18 hours ahead, enabling you to easily visualize if and when you'll be at your best and worst in the day ahead. You'll also be able to track daily improvements to your readiness over time, and you'll receive alerts before your fatigue may reach critical levels. ReadiOne is based on validated algorithms developed with 25 years of sleep research from the US Army Research Lab, and available exclusively from Fatigue Science.

Use of ReadiOne requires an enterprise license to the Readi Fatigue Risk Management Platform. Please see ReadiSupervise by Fatigue Science for supervisor mobile fatigue management tools or visit https://app.fatiguescience.com for web based fatigue management tools.

Made me notice my fatigue

I have used this app for a while now and am impressed by it's simplicity. Its fatigue detection is quite accurate. Sometimes when I find myself feeling very tired around midday and look at app, it actually shows a dip in my fatigue score.

I use a Fitbit Versa 2 to track my data and I see this app also supports Garmin, which is great. But it would be great if we could use this app without requiring a tracking device. What if I wanted to switch to a different tracker like an Apple watch?

Stupid

Can’t create an account without a code. Can’t get the code without creating an account.

Still no Garmin

Still no ability to pair Garmin products despite press release saying so 2 months ago. Now version update notes say updated “garmin integration", but still no support to pair garmin products nor any visible front end garmin ability whatsoever.
