AppyHere is a new concept in connecting job seekers with employers targeting the blue collar space. Using similar logic to a dating app, we look at the attributes of a job position and through machine learning compare that with the job seekers experience and self proclaimed strengths to rank them for the recruiter.
We provide intelligent automation of candidate screening and appointment scheduling, providing a superior candidate experience while cutting out the time consuming and tedious tasks associated with finding interested, interesting and available candidates for an interview.
Simplify sourcing by including the in-app link in your job postings, we even support the use of QR codes and one touch tap of devices for job seekers to find your positions!

- You can now invite collaborators to join video interviews, so even team members without AppyHere can work with you in-app!
- Videos can now be uploaded to a gallery, and can be used across multiple positions!
- Candidates' student status can now be seen in their profile.
- Availability blocks you set can now start at more possible times.
- Candidates' more precise work availability can be viewed in their profile.
- The notification sound can now be muted for those busy meetings!
