Useful App

The Recycle App means I never miss a day to recycle. Also the app has information about items for curb side collection. Those items may change when new recyclable items are added! All this information is contained in the app.

Good app

I like this app, but I would definitely appreciate being notified when there are cancellations. When there were recent cancellations due to weather (snow) we were not informed via this app, nor was there any mention of it on the website. So unless we happened to hear about it on the news, we were completely unaware. We’ve had other years with similar amounts of snow, with no collection interruptions, so it also wasn’t “a given” that they would be cancelling. Hate to be that whiny person—just trying to offer effective feedback. 100% respect and appreciate the job that our CRD workers do!
